Complaints
We aim to deal with any complaint sensitively and to resolve any problems as soon as possible, either with the people concerned or by making any appropriate changes to our services.
In all circumstances we find it most productive when people with any concerns raise them directly with us.
For more information about our complaints procedure, please have a look at our complaints leaflet, or for more detailed information, have a read of our complaints policy.
Primary Care Network
Primary Care Networks (PCNs) are groups of practices working together to focus local patient care.
Honley Surgery is part of The Valleys Primary Care Network with Colne Valley Group Practice, Elmwood Health Centre, Meltham Group Practice, Oaklands Health Centre and Slaithwaite Health Centre. Our PCN Clinical Director is Dr Dil Ashraf.

Zero Tolerance
The practice participates in the NHS ZERO TOLERANCE SCHEME.
The scheme aims to protect doctors and their staff and patients who use the surgery from people whose behavior is regarded as unacceptable, abusive, physically or verbally threatening; and they may be prosecuted by the West Yorkshire Police under the scheme.
Such patients will be removed from the practice list.
