Our advanced Nurse Practitioners are able to see all health problems and offer special services including:
Minor Surgery, to remove skin tags and cysts
Help with chronic illnesses
Acupuncture
SHAHZAD LOHAN
Mr Lohan became a partner of Honley Surgery in 2022, he has been a pharmacist for over 14 years, and an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for over 4 years. He is also the PCN Lead Clinical Pharmacist for The Valleys PCN.
He has special interests in diabetes, asthma, COPD, and in the training of clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
VIRGINIA ROBERTS
Virginia has been an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for over 10 years.
She can perform acupuncture for eligible patients.
SCOTT HUTCHINSON
Scott has been an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for over 10 years.
He works with the university of Teeside to train Advanced Clinical Practitioners and also performs minor surgery.
DEBORAH RATTIGAN
Deborah is from both a Nursing and Paramedic background and has been working as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for the last two years.
